Members of #Winnipeg City Council were informed today that Starlight has withdrawn their offer to purchase Portage Place.
This represents a major loss of investment dollars in our city and province.
I commit to looking for a solution as quickly as possible, and present it to you and my colleagues in all levels of Government.
This is not the time to give up.
