The City of Winnipeg has finally made public the details pertaining to the potential sale of the John Blumberg Golf Course, baseball diamonds and riverbank property.
The City wishes to sell over 100 acres of land including riverfront property for approximately $13 million, is that what you want? Is that a fair and reasonable price for what the city is giving up? How can you get involved?
