Residential Parking Ban Lifted

Winnipeg, MB – The Residential Parking Ban has been lifted; the City of Winnipeg thanks all Winnipeggers for their patience and cooperation.

Residents are reminded that the Annual Snow Route Parking Ban remains in effect daily from 2 a.m. to 7 a.m. until March 1.

If some streets have been missed or only partially cleared, crews will return in the coming days to address outstanding snow clearing requirements. Watch for temporary no parking signs that may be placed on your street. Vehicles parked in violation of temporary no parking signs may be ticketed and towed.

For more information about winter parking bans, to sign up for parking ban notifications, winter road safety tips, and snow clearing and ice control activities, see winnipeg.ca/snow.
