Winnipeg City Councillor Kevin Klein serving Charleswood-Tuxedo-Westwood
City Hall will vote on the 2021 budget after less than ten days to dissect the budget overview provided to Councillors, not on the secretive EPC, which is the same budget document provided to media and the public.
Councillor Klein told the media it's challenging to provide an opinion or positive alternatives with all the information and reasoning for decisions behind closed doors. But what I will do is give the residents budget facts or solutions to the half-truths in the marketing claims by the budget working group councillors.
Each day Councillor Klein will respond to one of the significant announcements or claims made by the budget working group Councillors as we lead up to the vote.
