Celebrating Filipino Heritage Month in Manitoba

I spent Saturday morning celebrating Filipino Heritage Month at a special ceremony and flag-raising with my colleagues Councillor Devi Sharma and Councillor Cindy Gilroy.

I was pleased to bring greetings at this wonderful occasion to my many friends in the Filipino community.
