Winnipeg Community Conversations #ForABetterWpg July 4th

One of my favorite quotes is by Socrates. "The secret of change is to focus all of your energy, not on fighting the old but building the new." Wise words, I admit it's as difficult to follow at times.

When you look back through history, it is evident that we changed in many ways, but equality issues are still very much alive. Why?

For decades it's been said by many leaders across North America that education is key to understanding. Knowledge is power. What action has taken to address the issues? Has anyone asked you what you have observed? How did/does it make you feel? What do you know about the many cultures in our City?

It's time we listen, share, and strategize together.

Working with a mentor and friends, Devon and Pearlene Clunis, lead us to Community Conversations #ForABetterWpg and we need you.

A Diverse, Inclusive, Equitable Winnipeg by All and for All
