I wanted you to be aware of some road work that is being done this summer in Charleswood-Tuxedo-Westwood. Below are details on three that have been confirmed by the Public Service.

Linton Lane will be closed this summer to accommodate road renewals. This project will see Linton Lane renewed to improve access and drainage and improve driving conditions.
Work will include
removing the existing asphalt overlay,
repairing select concrete and curbs,
completing some underground work, and
installing a new asphalt overlay.
The alley will be closed to traffic during construction.
Jewett Bay will be closed this summer to accommodate road renewals. The project will improve pedestrian access and drainage and improve driving/riding conditions.
Work will include
repairing select concrete and curbs,
completing some underground work, and
installing a new asphalt overlay.
The city work will be staged to maintain access to commercial and private approaches as much as possible throughout construction.

repairing the base structure, and
