Residents can view the progress of our snow clearing operations by consulting our Snow Clearing Status Map.

If a residential street was not cleared as scheduled, it will be cleared after plowing has been completed city-wide. Residents are advised to contact 311 following the completion of the residential plowing operation to report a missed street. Residents can also report the location using the quick and convenient online form, which provides us with all the information needed to process a service request.

When a residential street is scheduled for snow clearing, residents are urged to find an alternate place to park such as an off-street driveway or parking lot, or a nearby street that has already been cleared. This helps the plowing operation run smoothly and will prevent you from possibly being ticketed and towed.
