DECEMBER 21, 2021 - An essential commitment I made to you in 2018 was to communicate openly and often about items that will impact our community. A new development application for 4025 Roblin Boulevard will be debated in January 2022.
This property has been the question of many residents in the area for over a year. The developers are moving forward with a Public Hearing.
I encourage anyone in support or opposition to register and present their case during the hearing. The Public Hearing is the only opportunity residents have to speak in support or opposition to the application.
The Public Hearing is Friday, January 28, 2022, at 10:30 am. Residents can participate via ZOOM by emailing LCowan@winnipeg.ca.
