In the last year, we have heard about many potential developments in our community. We can all appreciate why Charleswood-Tuxedo-Westwood is a desirable community in the city.
I also appreciate change is difficult, especially when the information you hear about is not 100% accurate.
In my ongoing effort and commitment to residents, to ensure you have the facts on all things that impact our city. I am informing you about a development application coming forward to the Assiniboia Community Committee on October 27 at 9:30 AM.
The development is proposed for the properties at 363 and 365 Oakdale Drive, the former church site.

There are people opposed to development at this location and some who are supportive. Your voice matters, and I would like to hear from you.
I urge you to become engaged if you are supportive or opposed to the project. It is vital to share your thoughts on the future of our community. Contact the City Clerks' office and register to speak at the public hearing.
