Proposed Development at 3707 Roblin Blvd.


An essential commitment I made to you in 2018 was to communicate openly and often about items that will impact our community. A new development application for 3707 Roblin Boulevard will be debated on April 27, 2022.


The owners have filed an application to rezone the Chapman School lands to multi-family.


Note that the Manitoba HIstorical Society recognizes Chapman School as a Historical Site. Learn more at this link.


I encourage anyone in support or opposition to register and present their case during the hearing. The Public Hearing is the only opportunity residents have to speak in support or opposition to the application.


The Public Hearing is Wednesday, April 27, 2022 at 10:30 a.m. Residents can participate via ZOOM by emailing LCowan@winnipeg.ca.
