WINNIPEG, MB. - Today Councillor Kevin Klein (Charleswood-Tuxedo-Westwood) sent a letter to Mayor Bowman asking him to ask the province to immediately add members of the Winnipeg POlice Service to the immunization list.
Klein said,"My top priority as an elected official is the safety of all residents. Members of the WPS could contract the virus or unknowingly become carriers, which puts the most vulnerable residents in our community at risk."
Klein is hoping to hear a response from the Mayor by week's end.
