Winnipeg, MB – At 9:20 a.m. on October 4, 2020, the Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service (WFPS) responded to reports of a fire in a one-storey home in the first 100 block of Marshall Crescent.
When WFPS arrived on scene, crews encountered smoke coming from the house and launched and offensive attack. Crews switched to a defensive strategy as conditions deteriorated and the fire was declared under control at 10:16 a.m.
No injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation. No damage estimates are available.
