An essential commitment I made to you in 2018 was to communicate openly and often about items that will impact our community. A new development application for 3810 Roblin Boulevard will be debated on January 7, 2022.
The owners have filed an application to rezone the land to multi-family.
I encourage anyone in support or opposition to register and present their case during the hearing. The Public Hearing is the only opportunity residents have to speak in support or opposition to the application.
The Public Hearing is Friday, January 7, 2022, at 10:30 am. Residents can participate via ZOOM by emailing LCowan@winnipeg.ca.
