(Winnipeg Police Release)
On April 24, 2020, at approximately 12:45 p.m., Winnipeg Police responded to the report of a male that had been injured at a residence in the 700 block of Victor Street. Officers located an injured male who was transported to hospital in critical condition. He was later pronounced deceased. The deceased has been identified as Noah Soloman NIGUSSIE, 23. No arrests have been made at this time. This investigation is continuing by members of the Homicide Unit.
