The City of Winnipeg will be repairing the concrete pavement, repairing the curb and sidewalk followed by the placement of a new asphalt overlay to improve the drainage and rideability of Stewart Street - Allard Avenue to Portage Avenue.
Access will be restricted to local access only and parking will be prohibited. Pedestrian access will be maintained. Access to driveways will be maintained during the majority of construction; however residents will be asked to access their properties via the back lane when possible. KEEP INFORMED
